The Jewish community is only as strong as its professionals and lay leaders, and UJA believes in investing in their growth. Our goal is to ensure professionals and lay leaders for our community who are skilled, passionate, informed, and positioned to lead us into the next phase of Jewish communal life.

Workshops tackle critical, trending issues  and provide practical tools that take your professional and lay leadership development to the next level. Some workshops are offered exclusively to lay leaders. Others offer professionals and lay leaders the opportunity to learn together. We welcome participants who work at Jewish nonprofits, including UJA-Federation's partners and grantees, synagogues, and day schools.
